Hey there Artie! So glad to have you at the Tonic Studios Wonderful Wishes Blog Party. What a great time we’re all having with the Wonderful Wishes release.
I have three cards to show you today and a video on how I made them. If you want the details, please be sure to watch the tutorial. But you can peruse the photos here on my blog and find a list of supplies below.
Hey there Artie! So good to have you with me on the blog, today. For World Card Making Day (WCMD), I took my wife Paula to an all day event with Libby Hickson aka StampinLibby, aka, the Libster of Hero Arts fame.
Besides the 8 fun cards, I have 5 takeaways I want to share with you about taking this class.
1. A lot of went into this class.
Let me say that the Libster is no slouch! She had the entire class working like a well-oiled machine! All the card elements were perfectly packaged and complete. Name tags were handmade die-cuts colored and adhered to pins. A little goodie bag with chocolate and a sequin mix came with the class. She had to have spent a good amount of time die cutting, trimming, and putting everything in cellophane envelopes so that the students could create eight cards in about 5 hours.
Hey there Artie! Thanks for joining me today to show off the Simon Says Stamp’s latest Stamptember Collaboration by Hero Arts! Its a stunner! You have to see what Janette Kausen did with this stamp set, too.
I created two very simple and elegant cards for this release, using watercolor paper and just three ink colors, from Gina K.
Check out the video below to see how I created them. You can slow the video down, but the process was super simple.
Hey there Artie! Welcome to our blog. Thanks for taking the time to hang out with me. Today, I have a pair of Clean and Simple cards featuring the Sassy Collection of stamp sets from Technique Tuesday. These really made me smile. I’m pretty sure you will smile, too.
Hey there Artie! It’s Del! I’m happy you’re here today to celebrate the Stamptember Release from Simon Says Stamp! You’ll be hearing from me again tomorrow with a collaboration stamp, but today, we are focused on the very unique Radiating Alphas background stamp.
Hey Artie! Welcome to the blog hop for Spellbinders Holiday 2019 Release + Giveaway. What a great set of dies and embossing folders for the Christmas Season. If you like to get ready early, you may want to start yesterday on your festive cards. Today, I will show off two die sets and an embossing folder with a die in the center.
One of my favorite artists has a new set of Christmas stamps and stencils made by Ranger that he released last weekend! Simon Hurley, a YouTube star and talented card maker, has designed some fun things over the last year and his new set of stamps, Caroling Squad, ticks all the boxes. I knew I had to have it the second I saw the little boy with his mouth wide open, singing!!

You can have a heyday with alcohol markers or water colors. Here, you can see the stamp sets I used for my two cards today. I had a ton of fun painting them in with Nuvo Aqua Flow Pens!
Hey there Artie!! Great to see you again today. Welcome to Del & Artie’s segment of the Hero Arts August 2019 My Monthly Hero Blog Hop and Giveaway! What a thrill to have the honor of sharing this month’s kit with you on launch day! I subscribed to this kit 13 months ago and look forward to playing with it every month. You can see some of my shenanigans in my Instagram feed and here at Del + Artie! For today’s cards, I used only the main kit! No add-ons were harmed in the making of these cards! Actually, I don’t have the add-ons, but can’t wait to get my hands on them.
