March 2024 Savvy Sentiments Release from Colorado Craft Company

Hey there, Artie! It’s time for Easter and Colorado Craft Company gave me the privilege of sharing their newest Savvy Sentiments Stamp Set called, “We Are Healed.” It’s a sentiment-focused stamp set with large script sharing the good news of Jesus’ resurrection from the dead!

This Savvy Sentiments Set helps you pull a project together quickly without tons of coloring or work. So these would make great mass-produced greetings for guests at church or home!

The first two cards I created with a Waffle Flower Sunburst stencil and some Queen for a Day Ink from Catherine Pooler over Eggplant and Passion Flower cardstock from Hero Arts.

I deckle trimmed the edges of both panels and popped them up on Gold Mirror Cardstock and Brushed Gold Cardstock.

I die cut the sentiment with an Oval Infinity Die from Hero Arts. The top card has a gold oval offsetting the sentiment to mark the empty grave!

The next two projects feature a vignette and a cloudy sky. For the vignette, I brushed some Queen for a Day and Black inks over the outside of an Amethyst Cardstock panel with a blending brush. After it dried, I heat embossed the largest sentiment in the set with Gold Embossing Powder. I finished it off the same way as the first two.

This cloudy background came together using a Detail Blending Brush and more Queen for a Day ink from Catherine Pooler over Passion Flower Cardstock. I simply dotted in the flat bottom clouds with the Detail Blending Brush with more ink on the bottom of each cloud. After it dried, I finished it off with the same steps as above.
