  10. MISTI Stamping Tool

  11. Precision Glue

  12. Scrapbook.com Mint Tape

  13. Foam Tape (the old 3M formula you can tear available here)

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. First, I stamped the mermaid image with Intens-ified Black Ink on Dove White Cardstock.

  2. Then, I colored it in with Blue Violet, Blue, and Earth Tone Copic markers. (BV29, BV25, BV23, BV20, B99, B12, B01, E59, E57, E55, E18, E15, E13, E11)

  3. Next, I stamped the mermaid image out on scrap paper and fussy cut it with scissors, and covered the card panel with it.

  4. After that, I added a strip of Post-It Tape a third of the way up the panel and added Blue Raspberry and Blue Hawaii Reactive Inks with a blending brush, creating an ombre from blue-green to blue.

  5. Then, I splattered some water over the ombré panel and let it dry.

  6. Next, I moved the strip of Post-It Tape above the ombré line and added some Soft Brown Ink on the lower third of the panel with a blending brush.

  7. After that, I added some texture to the ground with Earthy Tone Copic Markers.

  8. Then, I stamped, die cut and colored the oyster and pearl image and popped it up on the front of the panel with foam tape.

  9. Next, I stamped the sentiment on the bottom of the panel with Intens-ified Black Ink.

  10. Finally, I trimmed down the panel a 1/4” on all sides with a paper trimmer and popped it up on the front of an A2-sized card base with foam tape!
