Simon Says Stamp Lucky to Know You Release

Hey there, Artie! I wanted to share the project I created with the Bunny Butt Peek A Book Stamp Set from Simon Says Stamp. It hit the shop as part of the Lucky to Know You Collection released today.

There are gnomes and flowers and bunnies and Easter Crosses and stencils…. and who can resist tulips?

Process:

To create the card, I stamped out the bunny on some copy paper and fussy-cut it out. Then, I ran the removable adhesive over the back of the mask. Next, I stamped out the bunny image on the front of the card panel and placed the mask over top. I masked in the easter eggs using the same masking process.

Then, I added some tape near the bottom of the bunny to create a horizontal division. I added a blend of Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Ink over the mask up from the Post-It tape. Next, i blended Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Inks down the front of the panel. I colored in th ebunny with red violet Copic markers. Next, I trimmed the panel down to 4 x 5.25 inches and popped it up on the front of an A2-sized card base.

To finish off the card, i added some Lemon Drop Jelly Hearts from Trinity Stamps using Hero Arts Precision Glue.
