Hey there Artie!! Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp Diecember 2020 Release Blog Hop - Day 2! Woot Woot!!!

This week has thrilled the whole SSS Creative Family. How exciting to hop along with everyone for Day 2 of the hops!!

Simon is giving away $25 gift certificate to Del & Artie readers and another on each of the stops on the hop. Just leave a comment below to enter.

Card #1 is the Detailed Rose Card

The Detailed Rose Wafer Die features a gorgeous rose and leaves, that cuts a thin line of the rose and leaves, but also a large solid cut.

I die cut the rose and leaves twice out of Neenah Solar White cardstock and saved the rose’s negative pieces. Next, I adhered them all to the front of the solid die cut, and then I colored them in with red Copic markers.

Next, I pulled up the thin die cut pie and colored in the white it left behind with the lightest Copic red.

Afterward, I colored the leaves with green Copic markers and adhered the thin die cut over the top of them. I colored them in, too.

Next, I used the Detail Bohemian Wafer Plate to cut out a piece of black cardstock for a background. Then, I heat embossed a sentiment from the CZ Clean Line Everyday Stamp Set with gold embossing powder on black cardstock.

To finish off the project, I popped everything up on the front of the bohemian background with foam tape and added some Trinity Stamps Boiled Sugar Embellishments.
