Steps to Create this Card

  1. I followed nearly the same process for this card as yesterday’s card to create the background. This time, though, I only wet a swatch of the watercolor cardstock with a 3/4” brush.

  2. Next, I dropped in Payne’s Blue Gray watercolor onto the wet paper and let it run down from the top of the paper.

  3. After it dried, I painted trees across the panel with a smaller brush. These trees are simply a straight line, with a zigzag of lines getting bigger from top to bottom.

  4. Then, I die cut the bear image out of cardstock from yesterday’s leftover wash after I stamped it with Intense Black Ink.

  5. Next, I popped up the bear with foam tape on the front of panel.

  6. To finish off the card, I stamped the sentiment, “Thinking of you”, from the Fuzzy Winter Animals stamp set in Intense Black Ink and added some rhinestone embellishments with Precision Glue.
